According to Decree 145/CP/2020, overtime wages are prescribed as follows:
+ For employees who receive a salary based on time, overtime pay is paid when working outside of normal working hours as prescribed by the employer according to Article 105 of the Labor Code and is calculated according to the formula: Overtime wage = Actual hourly wage for the job being done on a normal working day x Minimum rate of 150% or 200% or 300% x number of overtime hours.
+ For employees who receive wages based on products, they are paid overtime when working outside of normal working hours to do additional quantities and volumes of products in addition to the quantity and volume of products according to labor norms. Operates according to agreement with the employer and is calculated according to the formula: Overtime salary = Product salary unit price of a normal working day x At least 150% or 200% or 300% x number of products overtime product.
+ Employees who work overtime on a holiday or New Year that falls on a weekly day off will be paid for overtime on the holiday or New Year. In case of working overtime on a compensatory day off when a holiday or New Year falls on a weekly day off, the employee will be paid for overtime on the weekly day off.
