Conditions for income support for businesses and workers (4th epidemic)
Decision No. 23/2021/QD-TTg [3] dated July 7, 2021 of the Prime Minister regulating the implementation of a number of policies to support employees and employers facing difficulties due to the pandemic. Covid-19 epidemic (55 pages)
This Decision specifically stipulates the subjects, support conditions, support levels and documents and procedures for reviewing policies to support businesses and workers facing difficulties due to the epidemic according to Resolution No. 68/NQ- CP [4] July 1, 2021.
Include:
- Exemption from paying labor accident and occupational disease insurance for 12 months, from July 1, 2021 - June 30, 2022.
- Postpone retirement and survivorship fund contributions for 6 months from the time of application submission.
- Support vocational training costs of 1.5 million/month/employee for a maximum period of 6 months.
- Support of 1,855,000 VND for people whose labor contracts are suspended or take unpaid leave from 15 days - less than 1 month during the period from May 1 to December 31, 2021.
- Support of VND 3,710,000 for people whose labor contracts are suspended or leave work without pay for 1 month or more or whose labor contracts are terminated but are not eligible for unemployment benefits during the period from May 1 - December 31, 2020. 2021.
- Support of 1,000,000 VND for people who have to stop working due to medical quarantine or staying in blocked areas for 14 days or more during the period from May 1 to December 31, 2021.
- Additional support of 1,000,000 VND for workers who stop working, lose their job and are pregnant and 1,000,000 VND/child if raising a child under 6 years old.
- Support of 3,710,000 VND for directors, actors, artists,... who must temporarily suspend operations for 15 days or more during the period from May 1 - December 31, 2021.
- Support of 3,000,000 VND/business household that must stop operating for 15 consecutive days or more during the period from May 1 - December 31, 2021.
The decision takes effect from the date of signing.
