Decree 28/2020/ND-CP officially takes effect from April 15, 2020, inheriting the provisions of Decree 95, this Decree continues to recognize the sanctioning of administrative violations for For failure to submit or late submission of reports on the enterprise's labor use situation, the penalty level for this behavior will be sharply increased compared to Decree 95. - Failure to publicly announce labor recruitment results or notify after 05 working days from the date of labor recruitment results;
