HOW TO REGISTER FOR AN INDIVIDUAL RENTAL CODE
1. Make a declaration: From HTKK software --> Personal Income Tax ---> 05-DK-TH-TCT Tax registration declaration through the paying agency (TT95/2016). Note that this form applies to changing tax declaration information when an individual changes their CCCD.
2. Submit declaration: Tax registration ---> Submit declaration 05TH from HTKK. You can also declare online on thuedientu.gdt.gov.vn.
3. Look up results: Tax registration ---> Look up records. By issuing a tax registration number this way, the tax authorities return the results very quickly. There are cases where the results are available after only 1-2 hours, in other cases, it takes about 5 days.
Do it now and immediately to catch up with the 2020 Industrial Revolution. Deadline March 20, 2021
