Sample Covid-19 epidemic prevention plan for businesses
Official dispatch No. 5522/BYT-MT [3] dated July 12, 2021 of the Ministry of Health on sample COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control plan for production and business establishments and sample commitment to epidemic prevention and control at residential areas Accommodation for workers (30 pages)
The Ministry of Health said it has proactively developed a sample Plan and Commitment to prevent epidemics for businesses and workers because currently many businesses still do not know how to build it or do not build it in accordance with reality.
Accordingly, businesses will prepare an epidemic prevention plan and treatment plan when there is a suspected/infected case of Covid-19 according to the attached form in Appendix 1.
For employees, a Commitment to epidemic prevention will be made at the boarding house according to the form attached in Appendix 2.

1. General information of the business
2. Objectives and requirements of the Plan
3. Identify locations and units at risk of infection
4. Information about the Steering Committee for epidemic prevention and control at enterprises
5. Content and solutions for epidemic prevention at businesses
6. Action plan when there is a suspected case of Covid-19 infection
7. Implementation organization
In particular, the treatment plan when there is a suspected or infected case of Covid-19 must be attached with a factory diagram and instructions for moving from the factories to the temporary quarantine area, F1 and F2 case gathering areas.
If many F0 cases appear at the enterprise, a large number of F1 cases will have to coordinate with local health and the province/city's epidemic prevention steering committee to deploy centralized quarantine according to local scenarios..
